Atlanta Botanical Garden

The Atlanta Botanical Garden and Tres Fromme are transforming their Great Lawn into a grand-scaled display garden in the center of the visitor experience. Arcing hedges and coniferous evergreens create a year-round frame for horticultural showmanship. Three expansive curving inner beds stage exuberant showcases of seasonal color from spring to fall, embracing a smaller functional lawn. Long-blooming shrubs and perennials form outer sweeps linking this garden with adjacent existing areas. A major functional criteria was seamlessly accommodating a massive tent, the venue for major events.
