Howard County Public Garden

3 Fromme Design is part of an EDSA led team developing the master plan for a new public garden in Howard County, Maryland. Fromme facilitated the client and design team through a highly participatory charette to develop an initial plan vision and framework. Team leadership also includes Michael Graves Architects.
