Installation is underway for an 11 acre native meadow planting at Howard County, Maryland's new public garden. Fromme developed the planting design based on an initial concept from the County. Landscape scale sweeps of native perennials and shrubs ascend a large knoll, emphasizing the landform and embracing the sky. Three acres include native plant cultivars installed from nursery containers. Eight acres grow from straight species seed mixes.
