3. Fromme Design and HDLA facilitated Jacksonville Arboretum and Botanical Gardens Board and Staff through a highly interactive creative process to start schematic design for the Children’s Garden. This same design team also led the development of the overall master plan for the core part of the property in 2020-2021.
